Data Transmission Demonstrator for the automotive industry

The expansion of e-mobility is accompanied by a significantly increasing need for communication as well as high demands on communication speeds in vehicle control systems. Against the backdrop of these developments, RST Rostock System-Technik conducted a feasibility study on behalf of a well-known company from the automotive industry. High-resolution microscope for use on the ISS

Commissioned by the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt [German Space and Aviation Centre] (DLR), Airbus Defence and Space develops a high-resolution microscope for use on the International Space Station (ISS). The plan is to install the optical device on a centrifuge rotor, enabling examinations of biomedical samples under various conditions of gravitational force.

ESA-Earth observation programme Copernicus: transport container for Sentinel 5

RST Rostock-System Technik was responsible for various mechanical ground support equipment (MGSE) within the Sentinel-5 mission. RST manufactured and supplied a transport container for the “Near Infrared Spectrometer Optics” (NIRSO), which was developed by Jena-Optronik and will provide atmospheric observation information on board the meteorological "Metop-SG Satellite A”.

ESA earth observation programme Copernicus: harness for Sentinel 5

RST Rostock System-Technik took over the manufacturing and integration of the wire harness for the ”Near Infrared Spectrometer Optics“ (NIRSO) thermal control system. NIRSO will provide atmospheric observation information on-board the meteorological "Metop-SG Satellite A” as part of Sentinel 5. The integration took place for Jena-Optronik.
