RST Rostock System-Technik not only offers apprentices interesting job profiles and a varied working environment in exciting industries. What makes us special above all is our great team of trainers, who are always on hand to offer advice and support to their protégés as part of a personal mentoring program. This extraordinary commitment has now also been recognized by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which awarded RST the title "TOP Training Company 2023".

This award is regarded as a quality marker in training. It recognizes the commitment of companies that goes beyond the legal standards and thus, sets new accents in terms of career orientation, vocational training and development of skilled workers. The numerous criteria assessed by the jury of representatives from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, vocational schools, companies, and apprentices include the onboarding process, the learning concepts and placement methods used, regular feedback sessions, and the opportunity for individual exam preparation.

In 2023, a total of 95 companies from the district of the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce were awarded the title "TOP Training Company". We are proud to be one of them and say THANK YOU to our TOP training team around Monika Martini, Juliane Monatsch, Daniel Cords and Sören Büchner.
